I’m ready to re-envision my entire home and need an interior designer who can handle space planning and produce photorealistic 3D visuals for every room. The brief is straightforward: • Scope: the whole house—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, circulation zones, even the awkward corners that never seem to work. • Style direction: clean-lined, Modern. • Palette: soft, neutral tones that still feel warm and inviting. What I expect from you 1. An optimized furniture and layout plan for each room, delivered as dimensioned floor plans. 2. High-quality 3D renders (or a navigable model) that clearly show materials, lighting, and the neutral color scheme so I can visualize the final look before committing. 3. Source files (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) plus exported images suitable for presentation. I’ll supply existing drawings and measurements as soon as we start; you’ll guide me on any additional site data you need. Revisions should be included until the plans feel right and the visuals accurately reflect the modern, neutral aesthetic.
