I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of my Google Business Profile. Right now the listing exists, but the reviews pile up faster than I can reply and the profile isn’t ranking as well as it should for searches around Vapi. Your first priority will be to monitor incoming reviews, craft thoughtful, brand-appropriate responses, and keep the response time consistently low. In parallel, I want you to dive into the profile’s optimisation: fine-tune categories, add the right keywords, post fresh updates, and keep every data point—from opening hours to photos—in sync with changes on the website and other channels. Solid knowledge of local SEO tools, Google Business Profile Manager, Google Search Console and basic reporting in Data Studio will help us track gains and spot new opportunities. Although the focus is the profile, I have ongoing digital marketing work—Make.com workflow automations, data-scraping tasks, even some website tweaks—so a versatile mindset is ideal if we’re a good fit.
