Growth Marketing Specialist – Google Ads, TikTok, Social Media & Website Growth

I am looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing Specialist to launch and grow a new interactive astrology and self-discovery website. The platform is already built and being professionally finalized. It has many FREE interactive features, additional paid features, user accounts/profiles, recurring-use features, and monthly/yearly membership options. There are currently NO paid ads running. I need someone who can take ownership of the MARKETING side and find the fastest, smartest and most cost-effective ways to acquire REAL users, bring them back repeatedly and generate revenue. This is NOT simply a social media posting job. I need someone experienced in user acquisition, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram, short-form video, organic growth, community marketing, analytics, conversion, retention and ideally creator/influencer marketing. Knowledge of astrology, tarot, relationships, spirituality or self-discovery audiences is a PLUS, but NOT required. Proven marketing ability comes first. WHAT IS ALREADY IN PLACE: • Fully built interactive website/PWA • Mobile experience • Many free interactive tools • Paid features/products • Monthly/yearly memberships • User accounts and profiles • Features designed to encourage frequent/repeat use • Ability for users to save information/preferences for easier repeat use • Existing Instagram with initial content • Existing graphics/video creative • Google Ads account with campaign partially prepared • Approximately $500 Google Ads promotional credit • Developer available for necessary technical changes • Payment/monetization infrastructure WHAT I NEED: GOOGLE ADS Audit my existing Google Ads account and partially prepared campaign BEFORE making major changes. Finish, improve or restructure it where necessary. Review campaign structure, keywords, negative keywords, targeting, creative, landing pages and conversion tracking. Determine the smartest way to use the promotional credit and a limited startup advertising budget. Optimize toward registrations, engaged users, returning users, memberships and revenue—not meaningless clicks/impressions. TIKTOK Create and professionally launch the brand's TikTok from zero. Develop AND execute the TikTok content strategy. Create/edit/post TikTok-native short-form content. Test different hooks, demonstrations, humor, educational content, relationships, astrology/self-discovery topics and interactive website features. Drive TikTok users to the website and measure what happens after they arrive. Determine whether/when paid TikTok advertising makes financial sense. INSTAGRAM / SOCIAL MEDIA Audit and improve the existing Instagram. Create and post Reels/content. Repurpose successful content appropriately across YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest and other platforms when worthwhile. I do NOT need accounts everywhere simply to say we are everywhere. I want you to determine which platforms can actually generate users and revenue. YOUTUBE / CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS I am personally developing a YouTube creator partnership strategy within the astrology/tarot space. I will handle identifying, evaluating and initially communicating with these creators myself. You will NOT be responsible for recruiting them during the initial project. However, I want the marketing strategy to work alongside these partnerships. Experience with the following would be valuable: • YouTube creator partnerships/cross-promotion • Turning creator audiences into website traffic • Affiliate/referral tracking • Trackable links and landing pages • Measuring registrations/revenue by creator • Retargeting creator-generated traffic • Repurposing creator-related content across TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts • Ambassador/affiliate strategies YouTube itself should also be evaluated as an organic growth channel, including Shorts and useful/searchable content. I am handling the initial creator relationships. I need the marketer to make sure the TRAFFIC, TRACKING, CONVERSION and GROWTH systems surrounding these opportunities are effective. ORGANIC / COMMUNITY GROWTH Find legitimate inexpensive and FREE opportunities to generate targeted traffic. Develop a Reddit/community strategy that follows individual community rules and DOES NOT spam. Identify relevant communities, forums, websites, directories, creators, partnerships, SEO/content opportunities and other potential traffic sources. I want someone who thinks beyond simply buying ads. GROWTH & CONVERSION This website has many different features. I do NOT want everything advertised simultaneously. I want you to determine: • Which FREE features are our strongest acquisition hooks? • What content makes people click? • What gets visitors to create accounts? • What makes users return? • What converts free users into paying customers/members? • Which channels produce customers at an acceptable cost? • What should we SCALE? • What should we CHANGE? • What should we STOP? The objective is: ATTENTION → WEBSITE VISITOR → ENGAGED USER → ACCOUNT → RETURNING USER → PAID CUSTOMER/MEMBER ANALYTICS / REPORTING Measurement is extremely important. Before significant advertising spend, verify that tracking is properly configured.
