Looking for an Experienced Freelancer to Grow a Portuguese Telegram Community I am looking for someone with real, proven experience in growing Telegram channels and online communities, specifically targeting a 100% Portuguese audience. The goal is to grow a new Telegram channel and community from almost zero, using a proper strategy rather than simply buying traffic or adding low-quality members.
