Podcast Production & Audience Engagement

I have a public speaking business that includes a podcast. My work explores building inclusive workplace cultures, especially for Black neurodivergent people. I'm looking for someone who can take some of the video editing burden off of me while deepening the relationship I have with my listeners. My first priority is to build trust and engagement with the audience that already tunes in. That means every episode must sound polished, look on-brand, and spin off into complementary pieces that start conversations where my listeners hang out most—Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and the major podcast apps. Here’s what I need you to run with: • Edit each audio & video file, adding my intro/outro, logo watermark, and gentle “like/subscribe” prompts without me having to micromanage. • Export a full-length video for YouTube and a mastered audio-only version for podcast platforms. FYI, I use Riverside. • Carve out several short, captioned video clips (vertical and square) optimized for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. • OPTIONAL BONUS: I plan to grow my business through newsletters and email marketing. I need someone who can draft concise emails that frame the episode’s key insight through our brand lens of mental-health awareness and inclusive culture. It needs to appeal to people who will pay me to speak to their organization or hire me to coach them 1 on 1. You should be comfortable working independently, picking up on my tone from past episodes, and suggesting fresh segment ideas or content angles that align with the brand. Success looks like: • Episodes delivered on a preset schedule, fully branded and error-free. • Social clips and copy ready to post alongside each release. • Observable growth in comments, shares, and direct messages that show deeper listener engagement. If you can translate thoughtful conversations about mental health and inclusion into compelling multimedia content with minimal oversight, let’s get started.
