Commercial Building BBS Planner Needed

I need a comprehensive Bar Bending Schedule for a new commercial building and would like you to take charge of the entire structural scope—foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, the lot. You will receive the full structural drawing set, complete with member sizes and reinforcement details, so every bar you need to schedule is already defined on paper. Your assignment is to translate those drawings into a clear, site-ready BBS excel sheet that my construction team can follow without second-guessing. Please extract quantities, assign bar marks, calculate cutting lengths, and organise the data pour-wise so we can order steel efficiently and minimise wastage. An Excel workbook is fine, but if you prefer RebarCAD, Tekla, or any other recognised tool, mention it and share the native files alongside PDFs. Deliverables must include: • A master BBS in Excel (shape codes, bar marks, lengths, weights, totals). • PDF sheets with bar marks referenced back to the structural drawings for quick field checks. • A summary table showing total tonnage broken down by element type and construction stage. Accuracy is key—±1 % variance on overall steel weight will be our acceptance threshold.
