Power BI Operations Dashboard Development

I need an experienced data professional to turn raw CSV exports from our operational system into a clear, actionable dashboard—ideally in Power BI, but Excel is acceptable if that suits the model better. The finished report must let our managers track inventory levels, staff utilisation, and overall workflow efficiency at a glance. You will receive several weekly-refreshed CSV files detailing product movements, shift schedules, and order fulfilment. Your first task is to clean and model this data, create the necessary relationships, and build calculated measures so we can answer questions such as “Which items are approaching low stock?”, “Which teams are running overtime?”, and “How quickly are orders moving through each stage?”. Deliverables • One refreshable .pbix or .xlsx file with clearly named tables, measures, and interactive visuals. • A concise read-me describing all transformation steps and assumptions. • Simple user instructions for dropping in new CSV files and refreshing the report. Acceptance Criteria • No hard-coded paths—use parameters for easy folder changes. • Slicers, drill-throughs, and filters function without errors. • Report opens in under 10 seconds on a standard laptop. • Visual design follows our house colour palette (I will supply hex codes) and avoids clutter.
