Dynamic Event Video & Reels

I’m looking for a skilled videographer–editor who can capture my upcoming event in full and then craft a punchy highlight reel optimised for social media promotion. The finished reel should feel fast-paced, visually engaging and perfectly suited for Instagram, TikTok or Facebook placement, while the longer cut preserves the complete experience of the day. Here’s what I need from you: • Full-length, professionally shot and edited event video • 60–90 second highlight reel in a true “highlight” style—snappy cuts, music-synced moments, text overlays where helpful • Social-first versions in 9:16 and 1:1 aspect ratios, delivered in H.264 MP4 • Colour-grading, audio sweetening and royalty-free background track included I’ll supply the run-of-show, branding guidelines and any logos or lower-third assets you may need. If you have your own stabilisers, gimbal, drone or similar gear, let me know; it could add an extra layer of energy to the reel. Final files can be transferred via Google Drive or WeTransfer, with two feedback rounds included so we dial in the pacing and look before sign-off.
