Virtual Assistant Hiring Support

I’m handing over the front-to-back recruitment cycle for several Virtual Assistant roles and need a partner who can own it from job post to onboarding. Your day-to-day will start with crafting and publishing attention-grabbing ads on LinkedIn—the primary platform I’d like to focus on—then move straight into screening every résumé and application that comes in. From there, you’ll schedule and run first-round interviews, forwarding only the strongest profiles to me for final approval. Each applicant must receive clear, consistent information about the role’s core duties as well as the expected work hours and performance standards. Once a candidate accepts, I’ll count on you to guide them through contracts, tool setup, and their first-week checklist so they’re productive from day one. Deliverables • LinkedIn job ad copy published and monitored • A screened shortlist with résumé notes and your interview feedback • Calendar invites and recordings (where applicable) for interviews you conduct • Completed onboarding packs for each hire, confirming tools are active and start date is locked in Quality marker: three successfully onboarded Virtual Assistants whose first-month KPIs are on track will signal the assignment’s success.
