NEUTRINO — Shopify + Amazon + AI SALES AGENT SETUP Fixed Budget: US$500 - 600 Project Duration: 3–5 Days I am looking for an experienced Shopify, Amazon and AI e-commerce specialist to complete the initial e-commerce setup for Neutrino, a Jamaican-origin natural body-care brand. IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING The maximum budget for this project is US$500. If you cannot complete the project within US$500, please do not apply. The expected completion time is 3–5 days. This is a focused integration and setup project. Most of the infrastructure already exists, and I expect the freelancer to use modern AI-assisted development and automation technologies to work efficiently. EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE * Neutrino website: Already built and ready. It does NOT need to be rebuilt. * Amazon Seller account: Already active and operational. * Shopify account: Already created and partially configured. * Products, branding and product information: Already available. The job is to connect, configure, complete and test the existing systems. ⸻ 1. SHOPIFY SETUP Complete the existing Shopify account: * Products and SKUs * Collections * Product pages * Checkout/payment * Pre-order functionality * Inventory * Basic shipping/tax configuration * Domain connection * Mobile optimisation * Customer/order configuration The website should provide a seamless: Neutrino Website → Product → Shopify → Checkout/Pre-order customer journey. ⸻ 2. AMAZON + SHOPIFY INTEGRATION The Amazon Seller account is already operational. Configure the appropriate integration between Shopify and Amazon, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) where appropriate. Target structure: Amazon marketplace → Amazon FBA → Customer and: Neutrino Website/Shopify → Amazon MCF → Customer The freelancer should understand: * Amazon Seller Central * Amazon FBA * Amazon MCF * SKU/product mapping * Inventory synchronisation * Order fulfilment * Tracking synchronisation ⸻ 3. AI SALES AGENT — NOT A CHATBOT This is an important requirement. We are NOT looking for a basic chatbot or FAQ bot. We want the foundation of a genuine AI SALES AGENT. The freelancer should use appropriate modern AI technologies to build/configure an agent that can: * Understand customer needs and buying intent * Ask relevant questions * Recommend the appropriate Neutrino product * Explain approved product information * Recommend complementary products * Guide customers toward purchasing * Support pre-orders * Capture leads where appropriate * Assist with the customer journey * Integrate with Shopify where technically possible The freelancer should recommend the most suitable AI technology/platform rather than assume that one particular AI provider must be used. We expect the freelancer to use AI-assisted development, automation and integration tools wherever they can make the project faster and more efficient. The principle is simple: Use modern AI technology to build and configure an effective AI sales system efficiently. ⸻ INITIAL PRODUCTS The first products will be: 1. Neutrino Origin Motion — 96% Origin/clean-origin proposition. 2. Neutrino Body Wash — 96% Origin/clean proposition. 3. Neutrino Body Heal/Ointment — external-use product for muscles, joints, aches and pains. Additional products will be added later. We are looking for someone who understands the difference between a chatbot and an AI sales agent. Your proposal must include: 1. Examples of AI sales agents you have built. 2. Examples of Shopify/Amazon integrations. 3. Your Amazon MCF experience. 4. The AI technology/platform you recommend. 5. How you would approach this project. 6. Confirmation that you will complete the project for US$500 maximum. 7. Confirmation that you can complete it within 3–5 days. The Neutrino website, Amazon Seller account and partially configured Shopify account already exist. The freelancer will complete the Shopify setup, connect the website and Amazon/MCF fulfilment, and implement the initial AI Sales Agent using appropriate modern AI technology. This is not a basic chatbot project. The AI agent must actively understand customer needs, recommend products and guide customers toward purchase. If you cannot complete Stage 1 within US$500 and 3–5 days, please do not apply. Stage 2 will be considered separately for advanced AI marketing, automation and Amazon advertising.
