Publish Three HTML Apps Globally

I have three small apps that currently run perfectly in HTML. What I need now is a specialist who can turn each one into a store-ready package and see the entire publishing process through until every listing is live. Only developers who have experience in creating and marketing apps need apply. Target stores • Google Play Store • Apple App Store • Microsoft Store • Median.co I’m not yet sure whether the code will need minor tweaks or can go straight through review, so I’ll be counting on your advice regarding any compliance fixes, icons, screenshots, privacy wording, or build settings that could block approval. If a lightweight wrapper such as Capacitor, Cordova, Electron, or a similar tool is the most efficient path, that works for me—feel free to propose the best option for each platform.
