The mission is to lift brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and translate that interest into real sales within the Indian market. Here’s what I need each month: • A content and campaign calendar designed specifically for Instagram—posts, Reels, Stories, influencer tie-ups, the works. • Paid promotion set-up and optimisation in Meta Ads Manager with audience research, A/B testing, and budget pacing. • Fresh, culturally relevant ideas for engagement such as contests or collaborations to keep followers active and growing. • Weekly snapshots and a concise month-end report showing reach, leads captured, and sales attributed to the campaigns. Instagram is the immediate focus, but if you can demonstrate that layering in email marketing or SEM will accelerate results, I’m open to expanding the mix. You’ll need to handle copywriting, basic design, community management, and analytics. Tools already in play—or gladly adopted—include Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
