We work on projects involving: * Casino and gaming websites * Casino API integrations * Sportsbook and sports exchange solutions * Cricket exchange panels and APIs * Custom web applications * AI-assisted development and automation We work with modern development tools and increasingly use **AI as a core part of our development workflow**. --- # About the Role We are looking for an **AI Developer / AI-Assisted Developer** who understands how to effectively use AI coding tools while also having enough technical knowledge to take control when AI cannot solve a problem. This is **not a traditional role where you are expected to manually write every line of code from scratch.** A large part of the work will involve using AI tools to develop, modify, debug, integrate, and improve projects. However, you must understand the underlying code and logic well enough to identify when AI is wrong and make the necessary changes yourself. --- # What We're Looking For ### 1. Strong AI-Assisted Development Skills You should be comfortable working with AI development tools and coding agents. You should be able to: * Give clear and effective instructions/prompts to AI * Understand AI-generated code * Review and modify generated code * Identify errors and debugging issues * Explain what the AI is doing * Guide AI toward the correct implementation The goal is not simply to copy and paste AI-generated code. You should understand **what the code is doing and why.** --- ### 2. Ability to Work With Different AI Tools You may work with different AI tools depending on the project. For example: * Claude / Claude Code * AI coding agents * MCP integrations * AI-assisted IDEs * APIs and automation tools * Other AI development platforms You don't necessarily need to know every tool beforehand. What matters is that you can **quickly understand a new AI tool and use it effectively.** --- ### 3. Manual Coding When AI Gets Stuck Sometimes an AI tool may: * Refuse to modify certain logic * Fail to understand a requirement * Generate incorrect code * Introduce bugs * Break existing functionality * Struggle with complex/core logic In these situations, you should be capable of taking over manually. You should be able to **read, understand, write, and modify code yourself when required.** --- ### 4. Understanding Existing Code & Logic We may give you an existing project rather than asking you to build everything from zero. Before making changes, you should be able to understand: * Existing project structure * Code flow * Database logic * APIs * Integrations * Core business logic * Dependencies between different parts of the application Most importantly, changes should be made **without unnecessarily breaking existing functionality.** --- ### 5. Understanding Requirements We need someone who can understand requirements quickly. If an AI tool cannot complete something because of a technical limitation or because it does not understand the requirement correctly, you should be able to understand the requirement yourself and find a practical solution. We are looking for someone who can **take ownership of the technical task**, rather than someone who simply follows AI suggestions. --- # Example of the Workflow A typical task could look something like: **Requirement → AI Tool → Prompt → AI Implementation → Testing → Debugging → Manual Fixes if Required** For example, we may need to: * Connect MCP with a website and Claude * Configure an AI coding environment * Integrate an API * Modify an existing website * Add or change functionality * Debug an existing project * Automate a workflow * Connect different services In many cases, your job will be to understand the requirement, instruct the AI correctly, review the implementation, test it, and fix anything that doesn't work. --- # Technical Skills We are open to developers from different technical backgrounds. Experience with some of the following will be useful: * JavaScript * Node.js * React * APIs & REST APIs * Databases * Git/GitHub * Web development * MCP * Claude / Claude Code * AI coding tools * Automation tools * Third-party API integrations You don't need to be an expert in everything listed above. **Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to learn quickly are more important.** --- # Working Arrangement **Monthly remuneration:** ₹15,000–₹16,000 **Working hours:** 4 hours every working day **Working days:** Monday to Saturday **Sunday:** Weekly off **Working window:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM The 4 working hours are flexible within this window, but the daily 4-hour commitment is required. This is intended to be a **long-term working relationship**, subject to performance and mutual understanding. --- # Who Should Apply?
