The heart of the system is streamlined application processing, but I also want all supporting tasks—from document intake to final proposal—handled in one place. Key workflow • Agents launch a new file, capture borrower data through dynamic forms, and track progress on a visual timeline of standard mortgage steps. • Borrowers upload required documents to a central document centre; agents can request, flag, and approve items right there. • When the file is complete, the system must assemble the package automatically and submit it to selected banks via email (SMTP or API) with templated cover notes. • Integrated e-signature lets clients sign their application and any disclosures digitally, no downloads or third-party pop-ups. • With a single click, agents generate a polished proposal that pulls rates and product info from our database and merges it with client data. Responsive design is a must—the same codebase should serve both desktop and mobile without sacrificing functionality.
