Remote E-commerce Customer Support Needed

I run an online store that's been trading steadily for a few years. It's a lean operation - no shopfront, no warehouse, no office - just a couple of laptops, selling everyday products to customers across Australia and overseas. I'm looking for one dependable person to handle the customer side of things from home, anywhere in Australia. This isn't a call-centre job and there's no cold calling or sales targets. It's about looking after people properly: answering their emails and messages, helping them pick the right product, sorting out sizing and delivery questions, following up on orders and fixing the odd after-sale hiccup. At the end of each day, you send me a short rundown of the orders and flag anything that needs my attention. Straightforward, honest work. In return: around 30 to 36 hours a week on a schedule we sort out together, $35 to $40 per hour plus super, paid by direct deposit every fortnight. The three-month trial is at the full rate - no cut in pay while you learn the ropes. Weekends are quiet; clear the orders, send the summary, and the rest of the day is yours. I'll train you myself in the first week and I'm quick to answer questions, so you'll never be left guessing. You don't need e-commerce experience.
