Sobre a vaga

A precise STL is needed for a rigid cradle that drops straight into a Lincoln MKC center console and secures a Whelen CCTL7 control head. I will supply full dimensional drawings and reference photos; the model simply has to match them exactly. Key geometry you must hit: • Front hinge / pivot pins: 5.75 mm diameter, positioned on the upper edges so the frame pivots smoothly into the factory slots. • Rear locking tabs: 5.50 mm W × 4.46 mm H, located just behind the CCTL7’s angled rear edge to snap into the console’s rear receptacles. • Integrated clearance holes for 3/8″ hex screws, aligned to my drawings. • A rigid bridge that keeps the control head at the same viewing angle shown in the photos—this determines overall cradle height and rake. No embossed text or logos are required; I prefer a clean, plain design. The finished file must open flawlessly in Blender, so please export in STL and, if you work in another package, also include the native design file for future tweaks. Deliverables 1. Final, watertight STL ready for slicing/printing. 2. Native CAD file (if applicable) with fully constrained sketches or parametric history. 3. One quick render or screenshot confirming fit and angle before final sign-off. I respond quickly to questions about clearances and will run the first test print as soon as your file arrives, giving you fast feedback if micro-adjustments are needed. Looking forward to a tight, snap-fit result. (The picture with the green is the idea)
