My HR team needs swift, reliable support to keep our entry-level hiring pipeline full. I’ll hand over three key activities at the very top of the funnel so I can stay focused on later-stage interviews and offers. Deliverables • Write clear, engaging job descriptions that capture our culture and role expectations. • Post each role across the right mix of boards—LinkedIn, Indeed, local university portals, niche forums, and any additional channels you recommend—tracking performance for me in a simple spreadsheet. • Screen every incoming résumé against my must-have criteria, tagging promising candidates inside our ATS (we use Workable, but a CSV is fine if you prefer). Acceptance criteria – At least three draft job descriptions ready for review within two business days of kickoff. – Ads live on agreed platforms 24 hours after descriptions are approved. – First résumé shortlist (with notes) delivered within 72 hours of each ad going live. A background in high-volume entry-level recruiting, familiarity with modern ATS tools, and crisp written communication will set you up for success here. Let’s get our next wave of talent in the door.
