IT Recruiter for Interviews

Our growing IT services company is expanding headcount across engineering, product, sales, and operations, and the interview stage of the hiring funnel now needs dedicated ownership. The assignment revolves around interviewing candidates for both technical and non-technical positions, then supplying clear, structured feedback that enables fast, confident hiring decisions. Because the roles sit inside the Information Technology space, familiarity with developer stacks, cloud terminology, and common SaaS business functions is essential—you’ll be talking shop with full-stack engineers one hour and a customer-success lead the next. Sourcing and onboarding are handled in-house; your primary responsibility is interviewing. The workload can flex from part-time to full-time as hiring volume shifts. Interviews are run over video, evaluations are logged in our ATS (Workable; equivalent tools are fine), and we meet once a week to review pipeline health. Deliverables • All scheduled interviews completed each week • Written evaluations submitted within 24 hours of every call • Weekly summary report covering pipeline status and next actions Acceptance criteria: 95 % interview attendance rate, on-time feedback, and positive hiring-manager satisfaction scores for shortlisted candidates.
