Creative YouTube Video Editor Needed for Long-Term Content Partnership

We are looking for a talented and reliable Freelance YouTube Video Editor to turn raw footage into highly engaging, retention-optimized videos. Key Responsibilities: - Full Video Assembly: Edit raw A-roll footage into a clean, compelling story narrative. - Pacing & Hook Optimization: Cut dead air, add strategic zoom-ins/outs, and optimize retention hooks. - Visual Enhancements: Source and integrate high-quality B-roll, pop-up text graphics, transitions, and lower-thirds. - Audio Engineering: Implement clean sound design (SFX), balance background music, and remove audio background noise. - Color Grading: Perform basic color correction to give the videos a cohesive, polished look.

Requirements
