Corporate Event Highlight Video Production

This project covers full on-site filming and post-production for an upcoming corporate event. The goal is a polished highlight reel that runs between 3-5 minutes. Throughout the day you will capture keynote moments, crowd interaction, branding elements, and any spontaneous networking highlights that convey the energy of the occasion. After the shoot, please edit the footage into a dynamic, visually engaging reel, weaving in our company logo, lower-third titles for speakers, subtle motion graphics, clean transitions, color-grading, and a royalty-free music bed that matches the corporate tone. Deliverables • Raw footage in 4K or the highest resolution your gear allows • Final 3-5 minute highlight video (H.264 MP4 + master project file) • One 30-second social-media cutdown derived from the main edit Acceptance Criteria • Crisp audio of speeches with no noticeable background hum • Consistent color and exposure across all shots • Branding elements correctly timed and spelled • Final files delivered via cloud link within one week of the event date Feel free to use Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or a similar professional NLE; just supply the project file along with the exports so our in-house team can make minor tweaks later if required.
