Unreal Residential Complex Visualization

I need a skilled Unreal Engine architectural designer to turn our new apartment-complex plans into an immersive real-time experience. We are still in the design phase, so accuracy and flexibility are critical; I want to see materials, lighting, landscaping, and circulation come alive long before ground is broken. You will receive the latest CAD/Revit files, mood boards, and reference imagery from my team. Your task is to import, optimize, and enhance them inside Unreal—leveraging Datasmith, Nanite, Lumen, or any other workflow you prefer—to produce a polished scene that runs smoothly on desktop and VR. Deliverables • A standalone Unreal executable (Windows) that allows free-walk navigation through the entire development • One Aerial view map with day night feature. • Well-organized project files so our in-house designers can iterate on finishes and furnishings Acceptance Criteria • Geometry and proportions must match the supplied architectural drawings within a 2 cm tolerance • Real-time FPS remains above 50 on an RTX 3060. • Lighting baked or dynamic with no visible noise or flicker; day-night switch included • Materials mapped to a master material system so color swaps take minutes, not hours If you have recent examples of residential work—especially apartment complexes—built in Unreal, share a link and outline the turnaround you require.
