CNC Single-Stroke Telugu Font

I need a custom Telugu typeface that the CNC router can engrave in a single toolpath pass. The visual reference is Microsoft’s Nirmala UI: I like its clean, readable proportions, but every glyph must be redrawn as a true single-stroke outline rather than the usual filled contour. Primary use is engraving, so the stroke geometry has to stay consistent and avoid overlapping paths that would cause double-cutting. The finished font should behave like any other system font, therefore I want the deliverable as a standard TrueType Font (TTF) that can be installed on Windows and pulled straight into V-Carve, Aspire, or comparable CAM software. It will be used across a variety of texts, not a fixed inscription, so please cover the full Telugu Unicode block along with numerals and basic punctuation. Key expectations • Glyphs visually echo Nirmala UI yet are reduced to a single continuous stroke suitable for 0.8 mm-1 mm engraving bits. • No self-intersecting curves; paths must remain open where appropriate to keep the toolpath single-line. • Baseline alignment, kerning pairs, and hinting good enough for legibility at 6 mm letter height. • Final delivery: one signed-off .TTF file plus the editable vector source (Glyphs, FontLab, or FontForge format). I will test the font on scrap acrylic; once it engraves cleanly with no double cuts, the project is complete.
