The final scope is subject to client confirmation. We are initially hiring for technical feasibility assessment and a potential MVP implementation, with opportunities for further development. ## 1. Facebook & TikTok Automation - Automatically respond to incoming customer messages. - Handle frequently asked questions and product inquiries. - Collect customer information, order requests, and booking inquiries. - Route complex conversations to human administrators. - Support multilingual communication (Burmese, Japanese, and English). - Assess TikTok Business Messaging API eligibility and integration feasibility. - Use official APIs and platform-compliant integration methods. ## 2. AI Chatbot Development - Evaluate rule-based, AI-powered, and hybrid chatbot approaches. - Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or suitable AI services if needed. - Configure knowledge-based responses using approved business information. - Prevent unsupported claims about products, prices, job availability, or application outcomes. - Implement conversation logging, error handling, and human handoff. ## 3. Google Forms & Recruitment Automation - Recreate or improve an existing multilingual Google Form. - Collect job applicant registration information. - Integrate Google Forms with Google Sheets. - Automate application notifications and administrative workflows. - Support basic applicant tracking and status management. - Implement appropriate personal-data security and access controls. ## 4. Online Retail Workflow - Handle product inquiries and customer requests. - Collect order details and customer contact information. - Store and organize order requests. - Notify administrators about new customer inquiries. - Support future integrations with inventory, payment, or order management systems. ## 5.
