I’m looking for a female, Montessori-trained teacher who can come in on a day-to-day basis to guide a mixed-age group spanning preschool through the early primary years. Your classroom approach should be firmly rooted in the Montessori method, yet flexible enough to keep the children engaged through rich, hands-on experiences. What I need most is someone who can turn every lesson into an exploration. Language, numbers, and culture are important, but I want them woven naturally into art-and-craft projects, practical-life tasks, science experiments, and the occasional friendly competition. If you love creating your own manipulatives, setting up discovery stations, and encouraging children to learn by doing, you’ll feel right at home here. We operate out of South Kolkata, so reliable daily availability in this area is essential.
