Educational Union Blog Design Needed

I want to launch an educational blog focused on union-related topics. The goal is to make contract language, grievance steps, and members’ rights easy to find, read, and discuss. Core build • Blog format with clearly organised categories for contract breakdowns, surveys, complaints & petitions, Duty of Fair Representation resources, and government recourse links. • Interactive comment section so readers can discuss every post. • Robust on-site search that quickly surfaces articles, downloadable contracts, or contact listings. • Newsletter sign-up integrated into all key pages to grow a mailing list for new articles and union updates. I also need dedicated pages that list relevant union contacts by department, plus simple forms so visitors can submit questions or share grievances. Everything must be easy for me to update without touching code, so a user-friendly CMS such as WordPress or similar open-source platform makes sense, but I’m open to alternatives if you can demonstrate equal ease of use. Acceptance criteria 1. Fully responsive design tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop. 2. Commenting, search, and newsletter capture working end-to-end (I’ll provide Mailchimp API key or equivalent). 3. Clear navigation to each resource section listed above. 4. Admin guide or short walkthrough video showing me how to add new articles and update the contact directory.
