Versatile Remote Assistant Needed

I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant who can plug into my workday for at least an hour of live collaboration on Google Meet, then continue independently as tasks arise. The core of the role is equal-parts document control, form completion, and light image work. Most days you’ll remote into my PC (AnyDesk/TeamViewer/Chrome Remote Desktop—whichever you prefer) to upload and audit Excel and PDF files, make sure every line item is in the right place, and name or move the documents so our archive stays flawless. While you’re connected you’ll also complete a mix of online web forms, interactive PDFs, and the occasional embedded Excel sheet. Outside the remote session you’ll handle routine email correspondence on my behalf, upload smaller files through web portals, and tidy up photos—mainly cropping, resizing, or slight touch-ups in Adobe Photoshop (or an equivalent tool you already know). What you need to be comfortable with • Microsoft Excel: sorting, filtering, light formulas, quick audits • Adobe Photoshop or similar for fast image edits • Remote desktop software for secure access to my computer • Clear written English and a stable internet connection Daily deliverables 1. Correctly filed and audited documents in our shared drive 2. All assigned forms submitted without errors 3. Edited images returned in the requested size/format 4.
