About the Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Freelance Business Development Partner to generate leads and acquire clients for our UI/UX design, website development, and branding services. Your role is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, understand their business needs, and help convert opportunities into confirmed projects. Our team will support you with service portfolios, project estimates, proposals, and delivery. This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. Your earnings depend on the projects you successfully bring in. Our Service Packages 1. UI/UX & Product Design - Website and mobile app UI/UX design - Wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes - SaaS dashboards and web application interfaces - UX audits and interface improvements - Developer-ready design handoff **Target clients:** Startups, SaaS companies, software development firms, and businesses looking to improve their digital products. ### 2. Website Design & Development - Business and corporate websites - Landing pages and lead-generation websites - Responsive website design and development - Portfolio and service-based websites - Website redesign and user experience improvements **Target clients:** Small and medium-sized businesses, professional service providers, startups, and established companies looking to strengthen their online presence. ### 3. Brand Identity & Creative Design - Logo design and brand identity - Brand colors, typography, and visual guidelines - Business stationery and marketing collateral - Social media creative assets - Brand presentation and visual consistency **Target clients:** New businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, and existing companies looking to establish or refresh their brand identity. *Package prices are indicative starting prices and may vary according to project scope, complexity, and client requirements.* ## Commission Structure — Three Examples Commission is agreed upon before the project begins. The following examples use an illustrative **10% commission rate**. | Brand Identity Design 10% commission | UI/UX Design 20% commission | Website Development 25% commission ### How You Earn 1. Identify and connect with a potential client. 2. Understand the client's requirements and introduce our services. 3. Coordinate with our team to prepare the proposal and quotation. 4. Once the project is confirmed and the agreed payment conditions are met, receive your commission according to the written agreement. Commission calculations should specify whether they apply to the agreed project fee or payments actually collected from the client. ## Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, business networks, and other relevant channels. - Connect with business owners, startup founders, marketing managers, and decision-makers. - Pitch our design, development, and branding services. - Schedule client meetings and coordinate requirement discussions. - Follow up with prospects and support project closures. - Maintain accurate lead records and communicate progress to our team. - Build relationships that can generate repeat projects and referrals. ## Ideal Candidate - Experience in business development, lead generation, IT sales, or creative agency sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. - Understanding of UI/UX, website development, branding, or digital services. - Ability to independently identify prospects and convert leads into business. - Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and B2B client acquisition. ## Important Terms - This is a freelance, commission-based engagement with no fixed salary. - Earnings depend on successfully secured projects; no minimum income is guaranteed. - Commission rates, eligibility, payment milestones, and repeat-business terms will be agreed upon in writing. - Project pricing and delivery commitments must be approved by our team. - All client and project information must be handled professionally and confidentially. ## How to Apply Share your profile, business development experience, preferred lead-generation channels, and any relevant experience acquiring clients for IT or creative services.
