Pdf to convert word file and spelling correction

I have a report currently saved as a PDF that I need rebuilt in Word. The job is straightforward: extract the text accurately, recreate the title page so it matches the original look, and then run a careful spell-check throughout the document. No other layout adjustments are required—once the wording is correct and the basic structure mirrors the PDF, we’re done. When you return the file I should be able to open it in Word, see the title page exactly as it appears in the PDF, and read the body text free of spelling errors. If that sounds clear, let me know your turnaround time and any questions you might have.
