Sales Executive — Commission Based Company: Prime Link Marketings Role: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive Work Type: Part-time / Flexible Compensation: Performance-based commission Experience: Sales/Business Development experience preferred About Prime Link Marketings Prime Link Marketings helps local businesses improve their online presence through services such as Google Business Profile optimisation, professional business content, and simple business websites. What You’ll Do - Find potential local business clients through Google Maps, online research, calls, WhatsApp and other outreach methods. - Identify businesses that may need better Google visibility, professional content or a website. - Contact business owners/decision-makers and introduce our services professionally. - Explain our approved packages and answer basic questions. - Follow up with interested prospects. - Book qualified meetings/demos for the manager. - Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records. - Coordinate with the manager when a prospect is ready to discuss the package and payment. What We’re Looking For - Previous sales, telecalling or business-development experience is preferred. - Good communication and professional behaviour. - Comfortable speaking with business owners. - Ability to handle follow-ups consistently. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Basic smartphone/WhatsApp/Google Maps skills. - Honest and professional approach. - Ability to work independently with daily reporting. Payment This is not a fixed-salary position at the initial stage. You earn through commission on successfully collected client payments. Commission is paid only after the client's payment is received and recorded by Prime Link Marketings. Meetings, leads or verbal commitments alone do not qualify for commission. Example If you successfully contribute to a client sale, your commission will be calculated according to the applicable Prime Link package and sales rules. Trial & Selection Selected candidates may be given a short practical trial to demonstrate their ability to: - Find genuine prospects - Start conversations - Handle basic objections - Follow up professionally - Generate qualified business opportunities Important - No misleading promises to clients. - No guarantee of Google rankings, customers or revenue. - Salespeople do not privately collect client payments. - All client communication and sales activity must be properly recorded. - Commission is based on genuine, documented sales.
