Retail Survey Signatures Needed

I’m running an academic research project and need help gathering field data from retail outlets in the local area. The task is straightforward: visit enough shops—any kind that falls under “retail” is fine—hand them my one-page questionnaire, watch while they tick the boxes, then have them add their name and signature to the respondent sheet. While each questionnaire is being filled out, please snap a clear photo that shows the owner or staff member actively completing it; I’ll need 20–25 of those images in total. What you will return to me • 50 fully completed questionnaires, each carrying the respondent’s handwritten name and signature. • One consolidated respondent sheet (or sheets) that matches those 50 signatories. • 20–25 digital photos (phone quality is fine) of the respondents in the act of answering. Everything can be delivered as high-resolution scans or photos plus the image files zipped together. Please make sure every participant is comfortable being photographed and understands the shot is only for academic documentation. If you know your local shopkeepers and can move around town easily, this should be a quick assignment.
