I’m producing a short music video and need a 40-second 2D cartoon sequence built around a single character who sings or raps, dancing and performing in one consistent setting. Think lively stage-style energy rather than a full story journey—camera can push in, pan, or cut for emphasis, but the background itself stays the same. The look should feel like a classic character-based cartoon: clean outlines, bold colour, expressive facial acting, tight lip-sync to my supplied audio track, and rhythmic body-movement that matches the beat. No text or icon explainer elements are required; this is purely performance animation. Please handle: • Rough storyboard / animatic for approval • Clean character rig or hand-drawn passes (your preferred workflow—Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, or After Effects puppet are all fine) • Final 1080p video and separate transparency-enabled render (mov/PNG sequence) for compositing I’ll provide: • The mastered 40-second audio track • A character turnaround and colour reference • Notes on any signature dance moves Delivery window: within one month from contract start, with at least one mid-point review so we can tweak timing or expressions before final clean-up.
