I’m ready to move forward with a complete fire-alarm design package for a mid-rise mixed-use building that combines residential apartments with street-level commercial space. The structure rises between Basement+ 6 Floor, so the design must satisfy the life-safety requirements that apply to both occupancy types without over-specifying devices. Coverage focus • Common areas, corridors, lobbies, and other shared circulation zones on every floor • Retail shops at ground level I will supply PDFs/CAD backgrounds; you will return drawings (AutoCAD or Revit), device layout plans, riser diagram, wiring legend, voltage-drop & battery-capacity calculations, and a concise sequence of operations that aligns with NFPA 72 and the local AHJ amendments. Please allow for one round of mark-ups from the fire marshal.
