About the Opportunity I am looking for an experienced freelancer / brand partnership specialist / sponsorship sales professional who can help me find, pitch, and convert brands into paid sponsorships for my podcasts. I manage two established podcasts with a combined audience of 177K+ followers and strong recent reach. Josh Motivational Podcast 125K+ followers Hindi motivational and self-improvement content Focused on motivation, success, career, personal growth, and life lessons Currently positioned among the Top 5 podcasts in India on Spotify Large and engaged Hindi-speaking audience Sanatan Podcast 52K+ followers Focused on spirituality, Bhagavad Gita, Krishna Vani, self-improvement, and life lessons 100M+ impressions in the last 90 days Growing audience interested in spirituality, mindfulness, personal development, and meaningful content Together, these podcasts provide brands with access to two different but highly valuable audiences — one focused on motivation and personal growth, and another focused on spirituality and self-improvement. Brand Deal and Sponsorship Opportunity I am looking for someone who can actively bring brands and convert them into paid collaborations. Your role will include: Brand Research → Lead Generation → Outreach → Follow-up → Negotiation → Conversion → Sponsorship Deal I am not looking for someone who only provides a list of brands. I need someone who can approach brands, pitch the opportunity, follow up with them, negotiate where required, and help close the sponsorship. Performance-Based Commission This opportunity is primarily commission/performance based. If you successfully bring a brand and convert it into a paid sponsorship for either Josh Motivational Podcast or Sanatan Podcast, you will receive a pre-agreed commission from that deal. The process is simple: You bring the brand → We close the sponsorship → Brand pays → You receive your commission. The exact commission percentage/cut will be mutually discussed and agreed upon before starting. There is also an opportunity for a long-term partnership for someone who consistently brings quality brand deals.
