Sobre a vaga

I'm hiring a mechanical CAD engineer to turn our concept images into a production-oriented 1:24 scale collectible off-road diecast car. The first prototype must be real Zamak (zinc alloy), NOT a plastic 3D print or rendering. Design a detailed but manufacturable multi-part assembly: hollow body, separate opening left/right doors, hood and rear hatch; hinges/pins, chassis connections, wheel axles, bumpers, mirrors, and window/interior mounting points. All parts must fit and move properly, with realistic clearances and no unnecessary complexity. We want 1–3 real metal samples using a suitable low-volume casting method (possibly centrifugal casting), then potential mass production via high-pressure die casting. Apply DFM: wall thickness, draft angles, parting lines, shrinkage, tolerances, undercuts and paint allowances. Coordinate with our casting supplier and revise based on feedback. Deliver editable native SolidWorks (or equivalent) files, STEP files per part, assembly, exploded view, dimensioned 2D drawings, BOM, hinge/motion checks and DFM notes. We have concept images, not CAD. Share examples of zinc casting and moving assemblies, your timeline, fixed-price quote and revision terms. We prefer milestones and require ownership of all source files and commercial design rights. Please recommend engineers experienced in casting and precision mechanical assembly—not rendering-only artists.
