US Senior AI Full-Stack Developer

I’m kicking off a long-term product initiative and need a senior-level, US-based full-stack developer who is comfortable living deep in the backend and fluent in agentic coding approaches. The core of the work revolves around building and maintaining intelligent services—everything from orchestrating model calls to designing decision flows—so you should feel at home shaping complex back-end logic, hardening APIs, and keeping latency low. Here’s what the day-to-day will look like: • Architect and extend a robust backend that drives agentic behaviors, using clean, testable code. • Integrate and fine-tune AI pipelines (think Python, FastAPI, LangChain or similar) so agents plan, reason, and execute reliably. • Collaborate on the frontend only when integration points demand it; the bulk of your focus stays server-side. • Ship iteratively, writing unit tests and instrumentation that let us measure agent performance in production. • Work US hours for tight feedback loops and occasional whiteboard sessions. Success criteria • Clear, well-documented backend modules that expose agent capabilities through stable endpoints. • Demonstrable improvement in agent response quality and decision accuracy each sprint. • CI/CD pipeline passes with high test coverage and no critical vulnerabilities. • Code reviewed and merged without blocking other teams.
