AI Utilities & Chatbots Development

I’m looking to create a suite of small yet powerful AI-driven utilities that work both on my local environment and within my website. The core of this project is a set of conversational agents: • A customer-support chatbot that can field common questions, pull answers from my existing documentation, and escalate complex issues. • A sales & marketing chatbot capable of guiding visitors through offers, collecting lead details, and triggering email or push campaigns. • A task-automation agent that can run scheduled or event-driven jobs, such as data entry, simple report generation, or notifications. These agents need tight integration with my website plus companion hooks for a future mobile app, so reusable APIs and clear deployment instructions are essential. I’m open to frameworks like LangChain, Rasa, Dialogflow, or custom Python/Node stacks—whatever achieves fast response times and easy maintenance. Acceptance criteria 1. Working prototypes running locally and on a staging URL I provide. 2. Clean, well-documented code with setup scripts or Docker files so I can replicate everything on my own machine. 3. Web and mobile SDK snippets (or REST endpoints) showing how to embed the bots. 4. A short hand-off call or video walkthrough to confirm I can extend or retrain the models myself.
