Deliverables Required: - Floor Plans - Exterior Elevations of front, back, and side views, showing roof heights and exterior materials - Building Sections - Roof plan: metal, single pitch with dormers - Construction details - Structural plans - MEP Plans - PERMIT-READY, STAMP and SEALED Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in NORTH CAROLINA building codes and coastal style with pilings - Expertise in composite materials construction and metal roofing - Strong portfolio in versatile interior layouts; goal to keep intimate living spaces with open common areas MUST physically located AND licensed in North Carolina. MUST have portfolio. Experience with PILINGS and COASTAL WIND/HAZARD requirements.
