Edit 15-Minute 2D Cartoon

I’m producing an entertainment-focused cartoon for children and need a skilled 2D video editor/animator who works comfortably in Adobe Animate CC or a comparable tool (Toon Boom, Moho, etc.). The finished episode will run roughly fifteen minutes, so you should be prepared to handle a longer-form timeline rather than quick social-media clips. I’ll supply the script, voice tracks, and any existing character assets I already have. You’ll weave those elements into a cohesive, lively story, adding smooth scene transitions, expressive character motion, lip-sync, sound effects, and basic background music. I’m not looking for prompt-based AI generation; this is hands-on keyframe or cut-out animation with thoughtful editing.
