Product Image Admin & Optimizer

I’ve just commissioned a new e-commerce site and now need hundreds of product images processed and uploaded so the build can go live smoothly. You’ll receive batches of product images from me, confirm each file meets the site guidelines, and handle any resizing, resolution tweaks or colour correction that’s required before pushing them through the CMS. Once the catalogue is ready, I’ll have you curate the perfect “Best sellers” shots for the home page hero area and select strong supporting visuals for each back-end category. Because the launch is still under wraps, a signed NDA is mandatory and careful file-naming plus progress tracking in a simple Google Sheet is expected throughout. Deliverables • Web-ready, correctly named product images (JPEG/PNG, ≤300 KB, 72 dpi) • Colour-corrected hero images for the “Best sellers” home page section • Optimised image sets applied to all category pages and verified in the CMS • Real-time progress log and final hand-over document Acceptance Criteria – Every image loads crisply on desktop and mobile with zero layout shift – File-names match our SKU convention exactly – No single file exceeds 300 KB without written approval Proficiency with Photoshop or similar, bulk-editing utilities like ImageMagick, and basic CMS workflows will let you fly through this job.
