We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executives who can independently acquire international clients for our BI & Data Analytics services. Target Markets USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE & Europe. What You'll Sell - Power BI & Tableau Solutions - BI Dashboards & Data Analytics - Data Engineering & Integration - Reporting Automation Roles & Responsibilities - Independently identify international prospects and generate leads. - Acquire new international B2B clients. - Manage the complete sales cycle, from outreach and proposals to negotiations and deal closure. - Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline. - Follow up on client payments and develop long-term business relationships. Candidate Requirements - 2+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales or Business Development. - Proven ability to independently acquire international clients. - Experience in complete sales cycle management and deal closure. - Strong communication, prospecting and negotiation skills. - IT services, BI or Data Analytics sales experience preferred.

Compensation

& Growth Opportunities Initial 3-Month Evaluation Period - Monthly Retainer: ₹5,000–₹10,000. - Commission: Up to 10% on successfully closed projects. - Additional performance-based incentives. Post-Evaluation Benefits - Fixed Salary: $300–$1,500/month, subject to agreed sales targets. - Potential $500 Joining Bonus. - Additional performance incentives and benefits.
