Residential Property Transfer Agreement

Dear Sir/Madam, I am looking for a solicitor to prepare a simple formal agreement relating to my late father’s estate. My father died intestate (without leaving a Will). My sister has obtained the Grant of Letters of Administration and is administering the estate. There are three children and we have agreed that the net estate will be divided equally between the three of us, one-third each, in accordance with what my father had intended. I would like a formal solicitor-drafted document confirming: that the three children are entitled to equal shares of the estate; that the net estate is to be divided equally between us; that any money received by me represents my inheritance from my father’s estate; that the payment is not a gift or transfer from my sister personally; and that my sister is administering the estate and distributing my inheritance to me in her capacity as administrator. The purpose is to have a clear legal record of my inheritance and the source of the funds.
