Pole Building Plan Audit & Lists

I already ran my pole-building design through an AI tool and have a full set of plans in PDF form. Before I move forward with permits and ordering lumber I need a licensed architect—or someone who has deep post-frame experience—to put human eyes on the file. Your first task is to verify both structural integrity and overall buildability. I expect you to flag anything that could fail under load, violate typical code requirements, or simply be impractical on-site. Please mark-up the PDF or return revised drawings so I can see exactly what changed and why. Alongside the plans I have a rough materials list in a separate document. Once the drawings are final, I want that list refined into a single, accurate schedule with exact counts, grades and dimensions, followed by a cut list ready to hand to my supplier. Deliverables I need from you: • Reviewed or red-lined PDF plans showing all structural and buildability corrections • A consolidated materials list that reflects every change • A detailed cut list tied to that materials list . Accuracy is key: the numbers you provide are what I’ll purchase and load on the truck.
