I’m looking for a seasoned full-stack developer whose first language is English and who is comfortable stepping into meetings on my behalf. Most sessions are typical job and technical discussions—anything from clarifying client requirements to discussing progress or troubleshooting a thorny issue. Because these calls often shape next steps, I need someone who can listen actively, speak with confidence, and relay key points back to me afterward. Beyond the meeting room, you’ll also be hands-on with the codebase. Expect to work across the stack, contributing features, fixes, and technical insight that keep the project moving smoothly. Our current toolchain is standard modern web tech; if you’ve shipped production systems end-to-end before, you’ll feel right at home. Ideally you sit in a U.S. or Canadian time zone so scheduling is painless, but what matters most is reliable availability, solid engineering chops, and polished communication.
