Full-Stack Dev for Home Exchange Platform

TITLE: Full-Stack Developer / Team Needed for Home Exchange Marketplace – Fixed Price PROJECT: DOMUSWAP I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small development team to build a complete home-exchange marketplace from scratch. This is a ONE-TIME, FIXED-PRICE project. I am NOT looking for: * Monthly retainers * Hourly ongoing contracts * Consulting only * A prototype without working functionality I need a complete, functional MVP that can be launched to real users. PROJECT CONCEPT Domuswap is a home-exchange platform where property owners can list their homes and exchange them with other members for holidays and travel. The concept should be simple, modern and easy to use. Think of the usability and visual quality of modern travel platforms such as Airbnb or HomeExchange, but with an original Domuswap identity. CORE FEATURES 1. User registration and login 2. User profiles 3. Property listings 4. Multiple property photos 5. Property details and amenities 6. Location and interactive map 7. Availability calendar 8. Desired travel destinations 9. Search and filters 10. Home-exchange requests 11. Accept / reject exchange requests 12. Internal messaging between users 13. Notifications 14. Fully responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile EXCHANGE MODEL The platform should initially support a simple home-exchange workflow. A user can: * Publish a property * Select available dates * Search for another property * Contact the owner * Propose an exchange * Accept or reject the exchange * Manage confirmed exchanges from the dashboard The development team may also propose a simple credit/points system if it can be included without unnecessarily complicating the MVP. CANCELLATIONS AND DISPUTES For the first version, cancellations and disputes can be managed manually by the administrator through the admin panel. No complex automated dispute system is required in phase one. DESIGN The website must look modern, premium and professional. I do not want a generic template with only minor modifications. UX/UI must be clean, intuitive and optimized for international users. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The developer/team should handle: * UX/UI design * Frontend development * Backend development * Database * Payment/subscription integration * Maps integration * Messaging system * Admin panel * Testing * Deployment * Source-code delivery The complete source code and project files must be delivered to me at the end of the project. TIMELINE Target development time: 6–8 weeks maximum. The platform must be fully tested before launch. POST-LAUNCH A reasonable bug-fixing period after launch must be included in the fixed project price. Any future improvements or additional features will be quoted separately.
