Full-Stack SMM Service Infrastructure Development -- 2

Hi, I am currently operating an SMM panel website as a reseller. At present, I purchase services through another SMM provider’s API and resell them through my own panel. Now I want to move to the next level and establish myself as a main/upstream SMM provider. I do not want to depend on another SMM provider’s API for my core platform or services. I am looking for an experienced developer/team who can build a complete full-stack SMM service infrastructure from scratch, which I can fully own and control. My Requirements I need: Complete backend infrastructure Custom SMM Admin Panel My own Reseller API Service management system User/reseller management Order processing and automation Wallet and balance management Payment integration Order status tracking Refund, cancellation and refill management Transaction and order logs Multiple service/fulfillment integrations where legally and technically appropriate API documentation for my resellers Webhooks/status synchronization Reporting and analytics Security, authentication and role-based admin access Scalable database architecture VPS/server deployment and monitoring Complete source-code ownership I am particularly interested in services such as Instagram followers, views, likes and other social-media marketing services. However, I don't want to simply connect another SMM panel API and resell it again. I want to understand how I can build an independent provider-level infrastructure, including what parts can actually be operated from my own infrastructure and what legitimate fulfillment partners or integrations may still be required. Please explain clearly: 1. What is technically feasible? 2. What infrastructure, servers and technologies will be required? 3. Which components will I fully own after development? 4. How will the service fulfillment architecture work? 5. How will orders, wallet deductions, refunds, refills and cancellations be automated? 6. How will reseller API orders and status updates work? 7. Can the platform support multiple fulfillment sources and automatically route orders? 8. Can the system scale to support multiple resellers and high order volume? 9. What are the technical limitations, risks and ongoing maintenance requirements? 10. What development timeline and total cost should I expect? My goal is not just to build another reseller panel. I want to build a proper wholesale/provider-level platform where I can provide services to other resellers through my own API and infrastructure. Please provide a complete technical architecture, development plan, required infrastructure, timeline, pricing and examples of similar systems you have built. If possible, I would also like to see a live demo or screenshots of your previous admin panel, reseller panel and API system before proceeding. I would like to clarify an important requirement regarding the Instagram fulfillment side of my project. Is it technically possible to develop a software-based system that can automatically create and manage a large number of Instagram accounts through coding, and use those accounts to provide followers, views, and likes for customer orders? In particular, I would like to know whether the system can support accounts that appear to be Indian-based profiles/IDs, and whether the entire process can be automated through software without manually operating mobile devices.
