Recruiting U.S. Educators for Online Tutoring Platform

Tutor Recruitment Specialist — Recruit First 10 U.S.-Based Educators for New Online Marketplace Humanis Learning Space is a newly launched U.S.-only online marketplace connecting students and families with qualified tutors and academic advisors. We are looking for a freelancer to help us recruit our first 10 qualified U.S.-based educators and guide them through creating and completing their profiles on the Humanis platform. This is a recruitment and direct-outreach project, not a social media management or general marketing project.

Responsibilities

-Identify qualified U.S.-based independent tutors and academic advisors. -Build a targeted prospect list. -Prioritize educators who are actively tutoring or open to accepting additional students. -Conduct personalized outreach through appropriate channels such as email, LinkedIn, tutoring directories, educator communities, and other permitted sources. -Explain the Humanis Learning Space opportunity accurately and professionally. -Follow up with interested educators. -Answer basic questions about joining Humanis Learning Space. -Encourage interested educators to create and complete their Humanis Learning Space profiles. -Track prospects, outreach, responses, follow-ups, and completed profiles. -Report common objections and feedback from educators. Educators do not pay a fee to join Humanis Learning Space. They create their own professional profile, list their subjects/services, set their own rates and availability, and receive payment when they work with students through the platform. Humanis Learning Space operates on a 20% commission model. We are currently in the early launch stage, so we do not promise educators a specific number of students, bookings, or income. We need someone who can communicate this accurately rather than making unsupported promises. Project Objective: The target is to recruit 10 qualified U.S.-based educators with completed Humanis Learning Space profiles during the initial 30-day project. A qualified educator should: -Be U.S.-based -Be qualified to provide tutoring or academic advising -Have relevant experience or credentials -Be interested in accepting students -Understand the Humanis Learning Space marketplace model -Complete their Humanis Learning Space educator profile -Ideal freelancer -Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, lead generation, outbound sales, or business development -Experience recruiting independent professionals, tutors, teachers, coaches, freelancers, contractors, or other service providers is strongly preferred -Strong written and spoken English -Comfortable conducting personalized cold outreach -Able to research and identify high-quality prospects rather than relying on mass/spam outreach -Organized and able to maintain a clear prospect/outreach tracker -Experience with education or tutoring is a plus Budget: $750 fixed price maximum Timeline: 30 days When applying, please include: -Your experience recruiting individual professionals or service providers -Where you would source U.S.-based tutors and academic advisors -Your proposed outreach approach -How you would move an interested educator from initial contact to a completed profile -How many prospects you realistically expect to research/contact within the $750 budget -Any relevant examples of previous recruitment or lead-generation results Please do not apply if your approach depends on promising educators guaranteed students or income.
