Sobre a vaga

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create the FaultLine Meter-Link, a compact industrial electrical measurement accessory. The device will act as a BLE measurement bridge between an existing multimeter and its standard 4 mm safety banana test leads. Key Requirements: - Handle real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and resistance. - Development of a companion app for iOS, Android, or Windows (platform to be confirmed). Ideal Skills and Experience: - Expertise in BLE technology and industrial measurement tools. - Proficiency in cross-platform app development. - Strong background in real-time data processing and display. Prior experience with industrial measurement devices and real-time monitoring applications is highly desirable. Please provide a portfolio showcasing relevant projects. I am developing a compact industrial electrical measurement accessory called FaultLine Meter-Link and would like a quotation for PCB fabrication and PCB assembly. Board requirements • Board: FaultLine Meter-Link • Target board size: approximately 55 mm × 32 mm • PCB: 4-layer FR-4 • Copper: 1 oz minimum • Surface finish: ENIG preferred • Assembly: SMT + THT • Prototype quantities: Please quote 10 assembled boards Product function The Meter-Link is a compact BLE measurement bridge that connects between an existing multimeter and its standard 4 mm safety banana test leads. The device has four banana connections: 1. Meter COM 2. Meter V 3. Test-lead COM 4. Test-lead V The electrical measurement is passed through the device while the Meter-Link independently senses the electrical parameters and transmits the measurement wirelessly over BLE to a FaultLine PRO application. The intended target measurement is: • Up to 1000 VAC • Up to 1000 VDC • Current measurement through the pass-through current path • BLE measurement transmission • Battery powered • USB-C charging/programming Major components The design uses: • Texas Instruments ADS131M04 ADC • Texas Instruments AMC3330 isolated voltage amplifier • Texas Instruments AMC3302 isolated current amplifier • Espressif ESP32-C3-WROOM-02-N4 BLE module • Microchip MCP73831T-2ACI/OT Li-ion/LiPo charger • Diodes Inc. AP2112K-3.3TRG1 3.3 V regulator • GCT USB4105-GF-A USB-C connector • Four Pomona 73096-family 4 mm safety banana jacks Banana jacks The four banana jacks are important because they are both electrical and mechanical components. Please advise whether JLCPCB can: 1. Source and install the four THT banana jacks during PCB assembly, or 2. Accept customer-supplied banana jacks for THT assembly, or 3. Leave the four THT positions unpopulated so they can be installed manually after the boards are received. Please quote the available options separately if possible. PCB assembly Please provide pricing for: • PCB fabrication • SMT assembly • THT assembly • Component sourcing • Setup/NRE charges • Assembly labor • Any additional charges for the THT banana connectors • Estimated production time • Shipping cost to Midland, Texas, USA Important design requirement The high-voltage sensing section is being designed around a 1000 VAC / 1000 VDC target. Please do not substitute components or modify the PCB design without approval, particularly in the high-voltage sensing, isolation, protection, connector, and creepage/clearance areas. This is currently a prototype development project. The 1000 V specification is a design target and is not represented as a certified CAT III/CAT IV product at this stage.
