Enhance Existing FlutterFlow App -- 2

I have an school management app that was built in FlutterFlow and it’s already live, but it has outgrown its original architecture. Core features work, yet performance, maintainability, and polish all need serious attention. I’m looking for someone who knows FlutterFlow inside-out and can step in, review the current build, then refactor, optimise, and expand it so the product feels as solid as anything native.
