Mexico Shopify Admin Support

I need a dependable Shopify-savvy admin who already lives in Mexico and can jump straight into the day-to-day running of my store. Your routine will revolve around three core areas: • Product listing and updates – you will import items through Oberlo, optimise titles, descriptions and images, and keep inventory in sync. • Order processing and fulfilment – every business day you will review new orders, push them to suppliers, confirm tracking numbers and mark them fulfilled. • Customer service & email management – you will monitor the support inbox, answer common questions and escalate anything outside your remit. A typical workday is light but time-sensitive, so I need someone who can log in at least once daily (Monday–Friday) to clear the queue. Proficiency with the Shopify admin dashboard and the Oberlo app is essential; experience with other help-desk tools is welcome but not required. Deliverables I will use to measure success: 1. New products uploaded accurately and on schedule. 2. All orders pushed to suppliers and tracking numbers added the same day they arrive. 3. Customer emails answered within 24 hours, maintaining a friendly, solution-focused tone.
