Extract Telegram Usernames CSV

I have a CSV that holds between 1,000 and 10,000 phone numbers and I need the matching Telegram usernames for each one. Along with the username, please also capture the visible profile name; no other profile details are required. The workflow I picture is straightforward: you read the CSV, query Telegram through an API-friendly library such as Telethon or Pyrogram, respect any rate limits or privacy constraints, and return a clean file (CSV or XLSX) with three columns: phone number, username, and profile name. A brief read-me that explains how to run the script and obtain the same output on my side will complete the hand-off. Accuracy matters more than speed, so build in proper error handling and logging so I can track numbers that could not be matched.
